Payment form + send info to Square - Coder Required

If anyone can help please let me know! Thanks! Some screenshots of design already made below, happy to change if another design layout is easier.

STEP 1
Client needs a checkout form to send the following data directy to Square Payments (Square have said they can receive all of this data from WIX).

  • Name
  • $ Amount
  • Category (dropdown list)
  • Advisor ID (text field with autocomplete function)

STEP 2
After entering data the user needs to sign up or login to an account to store their
personal info/ payment details if possible. (The usual kind created by WIX editor)

STEP 3
Then checkout needs to complete and details above sent to Square. The client will then view this data in the Square dashboard.

If anyone can help to do this please let me know. I don’t code so need the work completed in full (design work is essentialy done). Please let me know a quote, ideally needs to be completed this week. :slight_smile:
