Hi, I’m at the front end of the ordering process for our book business. We use PayPal for payment and shipping. It’s always been difficult for our customers to find the place where they can use a credit card without a PayPal account. At this point, we even see the PayPal logo when checking out, leading customers to believe that PayPal is the only option. Is this necessary? There is a button saying “place order and pay.” Don’t you pay before you place an order? Then as usual the only way to find the credit card option is “try another way” from the PayPal login screen. I wish the whole process were simpler. I’m forced to include a paragraph to our customers explaining it.
