PDF Viewer stopped working again after domain migration

Hi Wix Support / Community,

We are experiencing an issue with the Wix PDF Viewer. The PDF Viewer is not working on our site.

A similar issue happened at the end of April. At that time, we opened a post in the support forum. Although we did not receive a reply, the PDF Viewer started working again afterwards.

Recently, we migrated the website to another domain, and the same issue has appeared again. The PDF Viewer is no longer working.

Could you please help check whether this is related to the domain migration, Wix PDF Viewer settings, or any known issue with the PDF Viewer app?

This is just one of the links inside our site. All of the pages are using the PDF viewer, so this situation is causing us a lot of confusion.

It would be a huge amount of work if you suddenly stop supporting the PDF viewer, as we would need to migrate everything to another solution.

I can see the pdf file in the page… It takes a few seconds to load but it becomes visible.


The PDF viewer intermittently appears and disappears without any clear trigger, which has led to confusion among users. Could this behavior be related to the large file sizes of the PDFs being opened?
