What are you trying to achieve:
Hey guys, looking for a work around that will allow the phone number entered on a contact form to come out on the email submission in the same manner. Right now, its just a big run on. I have tried Format, Regex and Custom. Nothing translates on teh email submission form. Example: Customer enters phone number as 123-123-1234 in the contact form. It come into my email message as 1231231234. Very difficult to read. I have been told my wix reps that this is by design. Hmmmmm…

What have you already tried:
I have tried a Regex Code, Custom Format and No Format

This is very strange. I do not have an answer to give you right away. At Digital Edge, I focus more on the design side of things. However, I will have one of my colleagues look into as he is a VELO expert and specialises in this.
