Pinning elements on mobile

I want to create a “Sticky” click-to-call button on my mobile site. However, pinning elements only works on desktop. Is there a way to pin items on the mobile version of my site to enable me to create a sticky button on mobile?

Is there a way to control with code,so an element stays at a specific location on the mobile view?
Like “pinning” it to the bottom of the page
