Populating PayPal button's value on dynamic pages with code

Hi Guys

I have a dynamic page that displays products, and based on the options and add-ons available, the total price of the product may change.

Is there a way to set the price and discription with code instead of the UI?

As far as I know there is no way to assign the price using code. The price is assigned to the button via UI. More flexibility and options are available with the Wix Stores under a premium eCommerce package.

I need some additions that the Wix store doesn’t support, so going at it creating a store from scratch!

Do you perhaps know of any other way to achieve this?..

Another option is the Third-Party App: Paypal Button (by POWr) . The premium version of this app provides additional payment configurations.

And if you’re feeling really creative, you might (I say might ) be able to use a Paypal button in a $w.HtmlComponent and send the updated price to that button via message.

You might want to ask the Editor support team if Wix Stores (or another Wix app) provides the features that you’re looking for.
