basically no there is no way to port from wordpress to wix.

the code may not even work as wix Velo is a different system

You would be better off doing a full design in Wix Studio than try replicate from Wordpress. Depending on the website you may need to add additional code to get functionality to work but nearly everything is possible and a lot can be done no-code in Studio now.
