Posts not appearing in the category they are set in.

Hi, I am very new with blogging, and IT in general so pleas bear with me and help me.
I am writing a blog that I still haven’t publish. The posts that I have set in the category appear in almost every category that I have set.

As it shows, the blog is set in category “Germany”, but when I open category Australia, the post still appears there.
Please help me fix it.
