Hello, I have designed a site and set up a store for a photographer - prints are created on demand by a top London lab. The photo lab cannot give us a price up for upfront for shipping to US until we have put in an order. So I wanted to put up a price on application for shipping in our store for the US too. Does anyone know if this is possible. I am not a developer and can only get control over the settings up to the cart - I have various notices all over the site asking US customers (and others outside Europe and UK) to gey in touch to let us know the size of the print and the zip code so we can quote them a shipping rate. However - if I don’t add a shipping rate - an auto message pops up saying “We do not ship to x destination!” - Is there a workaround or hack - so I don’t get this message - or so I can change the message?
the other rather disconcerting thing is this customer’s PayPal payment was taken and put on hold by Paypal - but in my dashboard, it shows as the customer having abandoned the cart.
Any thoughts on this would be most gratefully recieved, I have had very little joy with Wix support - so any help will be much appreciated.
