Pricing Plans API - Create plan with setup fee

Through the dashboard you can now choose to charge a setup fee when creating a pricing plan but I can’t seem to figure out how to do this when using the createPlan functions in wix code. Is this possible?

It looks like the v2 of this library supports a fee at FIRST_PAYMENT https://dev.wix.com/docs/velo/api-reference/wix-pricing-plans-v2/plans/create-plan
