Printful not syncing product weights to Wix + products not syncing to social media catalog

Hi,

I’m using Printful with Wix Stores and I’m having two major sync issues:

  1. Product weights are NOT syncing from Printful to Wix.

    In Printful, products have correct weights.

    In Wix, the weight field is either empty or 0 lb.

Because of this, “rate by weight” shipping in Wix is broken unless I manually edit every product. I have many products, so editing one by one isn’t realistic.

Is there ANY way to:

  • Force weight sync from Printful to Wix?

  • Bulk update weights through Printful?

  • Or trigger a full re-sync that includes weight?

  1. Products are not properly appearing in the Meta catalog.

    Some items don’t show correctly in the Facebook/Instagram catalog via Wix, which prevents me from running dynamic carousel ads that link directly to products.

Is this a known limitation of Wix integration?

Or is there a correct sync procedure I’m missing?

I just want:

  • Correct weight sync

  • Clean catalog feed for Meta dynamic ads

  • No manual per-product editing

Any real solution appreciated.
