Wix Stores Issues POD links not working

**Hello.
I am having terrible problems with my Wix store. I am connected to Printful and Printify. When I design my products in Printful and/or Printify and they sync to my Wix store, they are missing the Fulfillment links. So, if I were to get an order for one of them it would never transfer to Printful/Printify because there is No link!

Where do you see this:
If you open your product list and open a product to update it or build it out, in the right column there’s a section called advanced. There’s an Empty dropdown menu that says, “Self-filled” instead of “Printful” or “Printify”

The stupid Wix bot tells you to go to settings, fulfillment and add them, but you should not have to do this, and you really can’t. You would have to give an email address etc. and that isn’t how this works. The orders automatically are transferred back to the POD vendor.

This is just not working. It is NOT the vendors that have the problem. It’s definitely a WIX issue. I’ve tried deleting products and re-publishing them, incognito testing, etc. It is Wix**…

Has Anyone else experienced this?

Wix support is not helpful– and hard to actually get to them. I’m ready to Sh*tcan this whole thing at this point. It’s costing me time and money.

I’m having the same issue. I tried Wix support but they were not helpful at all, telling me it’s Printify’s fault (while they say it’s a Wix issue). Of 21 products I published over 2-3 days six of them show as self-fulfilled. I’ve been told by Printify to delete the Wix product, duplicate the product in Printify and delete the original, then republish. Of the 10 times I tried this it changed to fulfilled by Printify once.

I’ve also had some issues getting some mockups to transfer from Printify. This is all absolutely infuriating as I’m wasting too much time trying to get things resolved that are not my doing. Regretting re-upping my Wix subscription.
