I’ve had this on my site for a month now with no issues. I log in today (have not changed any settings) and it publishes/previews like this.
It’s a looping scrolling pro gallery that showcases our partners logos. All of the images should be the size as in first image (edit mode), but once I hit preview or publish– they are HUGE (second image).
Is this a bug? Like I said– no settings were touched since it last worked. Idk if this is an update that changed this.
Does a new gallery having the same issue? If so, I would recommend reaching out to customer care so they can take a look and see if it is an issue and either resolve it or forward it to the relevant team.
Yup! I tried deleting and re-doing it. For some reason, no matter what the inspector states, it’s sizing the images based on original size. I’ll reach out because it has to be a bug!
Same here. This is a new issue that started last night.
Talked to customer service and they are informed of the situation. A lot of people have reported it apparently so hopefully it’ll be fixed soon!
we are fixing this now, issue occurred on Monday, as I know and we’ve put top priority to fix it asap

Thanks for the update! The sizing is fixed however the scroll movement seems to be… jiggly? Each item is slightly jiggling. Not the biggest deal but figured I’d let you know.
