Pro Gallery Not displaying correctly in Edit Mode

My client is trying to edit the photo gallery on her site. When she edits Pro Gallery the editor is compressed and she can’t see the photos. There are scroll bars and she can scroll but the full row of photos does not show up

This is how edit mode appears on my PC, but on hers she cannot see any of theses pictures. She can scroll but the each row is compressed for some reason. I think she is using Chrome brower

Here are two solutions that might help:

Change the Layout to Grid:
switch from the current view to a “Grid” layout. This could potentially offer a more compact view of the photos, making it easier to see a larger number within the editor window.

Zooming In/Out (Browser Dependent):
zooming in and out of webpages (like holding Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel or ± buttons) might be helpful, it depends on the browser your client is using. This feature might not be available in all browsers.
