I created a site with a chat created with custom code. I then connected via Openai API to receive user questions, generate answers and return them in chat. But it doesn’t work even though I tried everything. In the custom code I inserted all the information to create and manage the chat. I then created a .js file in the backend that calls the openai key (saved in my secret manager) and wix api keys (created and then saved in secret manager too) to create the connection between chat and openai. But at every attempt in the chat it gives me the response: server error. I don’t know how to get out of it? Does anyone have any indication on this?

Does “custom code” refer to the “Custom Code” accessible from the dashboard? Or are you talking about custom elements? 
As a backup in case everything doesn’t go well, I just wanted to mention—though you may already know—that Wix has an AI Site Chat app!
