Product Ordering/Purchase #featurerequest - ability to remove SHIPPING as an option or change it to IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY

We are selling a large number of products that can only be picked up in-store. We do not ship anything, although we’d like the option of shipping some of them. But there’s no way to differentiate, and we can’t remove SHIPPING from the order page, which causes customers a lot of confusion no matter how many notices we post all over our website.

Please allow the removal of SHIPPING as an option or at least the option to change or add a PICKUP ONLY option.
