Product Subscriptions Do Not Work

Question:
How do I fix product subscriptions that don’t do anything when I click the “Subscribe Now” button to purchase the subscription product?

Product:
Wix Studio Editor > Catalog > Products

I have two products in my store that are only available by subscription. I have set up 2 variants and 2 subscriptions for each one. The subscriptions/variants show up properly on the product page when I view the website. I can select the radio button for an option, but when I click “Subscribe Now”, nothing happens. The page doesn’t change, I don’t get an error message, or anything. The page just sits there -it doesn’t even appear to be loading/reloading.

I’ve created all of the email automations for the subscriptions. I’ve verified that the products are available and that there is inventory. I tried in different browsers. I verified that everything was published.

All of my non-subscription products work as they’re supposed to.

Has Wix support given you a resolution on this yet? I’ve run into something similar.

Make sure you’ve properly set up your Members Area (under Site Pages & Menu). You have to set up Member Roles AND Members with Plan Subscription. Very confusing! Good luck!
