I’ve spent ages setting up my product catalog, with everything carefully allocated to categories. Everything is set to show both online and in POS.
Now I’ve finally got to the point where I’ve downloaded the app and have opened the POS section, to find no products.
The drop-down menu shows my categories as expected, but there is nothing in them. Everything shows fine on my website.
What have I done wrong? I’ve been googling for help but everything I find says to make sure the visibility is set to show on POS, which it is.
I’m on a time constraint as this is set-up to run a basic canteen, for a week-long event that starts in 12 days. The website is already taking orders fine, I just need to be able to sell in person during the week of the event.
