Programming language in Wix

Hi all,
I’m new to Wix, I have developed apps before in .NET and Java. I already read about WixCode API reference but cannot find any reference to the language programming used in WixCode, is JavaScript / JScript? Can you please add some URLs references?

Hi,
The language is JavaScript, both for client and backend code.
If you want to learn the language, this book is very recommended:
http://eloquentjavascript.net/

There are also tons of resources online to learn the language.
