Public/something.js: Accessible via URL?

I’m trying to build a RSS feeder that’ll load into mailchimp (and NO, we’re using blog on the site, but it’s doing something else so that won’t work for this…).

I built a .js file in public, are these files accessible via a URL? it’s just returning formatted text, so the default headroom of all of the wix stuff won’t work, just need my formatting text in the response.

Have you found any information about it ? We are also trying to come up with a similar solution, but so far, we were not able to confirm or deny the existence of said public URL structure.
