There is no way to re-arrange the items in the Member Menu, only possible to hide certain pages.
On top of being able to re-arrange items easily (as with the main menu) it’d be great to be able to add sub-items that are either displayed in a drop-down menu, or indented with option for choosing a smaller font.
There are options for choosing a different font for ‘submenu’ so apparently there is such an option, however, how to create sub-items eludes me. It is not possible to add sub-pages as the Member Pages are fixed in order and can not be re-arranged?
I’m curious about this as well, asa. Any updates or new findings?

is there a more recent update on this? Strange that a simple matter of rearranging menu order is not possible. I’m echoing prior comments: this makes the members’ area very disorganized!

Currently we don’t have an option to rearrange the menu items.
What you can already do now is to set what are the pages that will be shown on each menu.
It’s important to update you that we’re working hard on having a completely new layout for Member’s Area and I’m sure that it will make all this menus management better.

I have the same request to change the order of the members menu and to hide pages I don’t need. This seems like very basic functionality but I can only hide certain pages and can’t reorder. Does anyone know a customer coder that might be able to help me with this issue?
