I’m using https://www.tryinteract.com/ to create a quiz on my website (the quiz is on https://www.nu-pulse.com/quiz ). I’ve designed the quiz so that the user will put his/her email at the end and get the quiz results via email, after that it would redirect you to this page: https://www.nu-pulse.com/results
However, right now if you take the quiz and put in your info, you’ll see the Thank you page inside the frame of the quiz with the navigation tabs showing and everything (see image below).
So it’s not redirecting you to the www.nu-pulse.com/ results URL because you’re still on Nu-pulse.com/ quiz.
I’ve contacted the quiz website and we tried using different codes, I tried iFrame code and JavaScript but the issue is still not resolved. They told me Wix may not support true redirection.
Below you’ll see an image of the code I used.
I need the user to move from the Quiz page to the Results URL page as a destination, this is important for my Google Ad to count as a conversion. Otherwise, I’m not able to measure conversions.

Important:
Wix cannot provide support for external codes that were not created or tested with Wix. If you are experiencing an issue with your code snippet, please contact the provider directly.
If you are wanting to use a third party with Wix, I thoroughly do suggest that you research well to see if they can actually be integrated with Wix themselves before you go through and setup accounts and get everything setup on your page ready, only to find that something does not actually work.

As soon as the code is in place you should see a preview of the quiz pop up. If it doesn’t come up for some reason, there is a problem. Contact support at Interact for help if that happens.
