Registration form to Database link?

I have created a registration form with several tick boxes in it to collect information.

I now want to see the information on a database and I can’t get that to work. Any pointers welcome.

Thanks. My understanding is that the Wix form is limited 10 variable and that to go beyond that restriction requires coding. And I want to use more variables Thus my posting to this forum.
