Question:
How do I disconnect or remove a marketing integration? More specifically, I am trying to disconnect the “Facebook Pixel & CAPI” integration that I just connected.

What are you trying to achieve:
I just connected the “Facebook Pixel & CAPI” integration, but I need to change the Facebook assets in the integration. However, the Wix/Facebook integration is not allowing me to change the assets. Business Portfolio is grayed out and can’t be edited.
I would have disconnected the integration entirely and then reconnected, but Wix does not allow me to disconnect. I only see a “Connect” button, even though the (wrong) assets are connected.
What have you already tried:
I’ve tried contacting Wix Support. They told me it may not be possible to remove the pixel, which seems incorrect. I also reached out to FaceBook, but they have yet to respond.
