Remove the field "Title" from Members Area?

Hi,

There are two fields I can’t remove from Members Area. One is Display Name, which is okay. The other is “Title”. Why on earth should members write their own title?

I can’t remove it from dashboard nor editor settings.

I have the same issue :
I wonder what does mean the field “Title” on the account page of members ? I would like to have it removed, but there is no way to do that.

Nothing on this yet, huh? My clients also want this field GONE.

If you select the Members widget (the card at the top), you can choose Settings> Display> Show title.

Turn it off, and it’ll remove the field below

Sure thing - the setting (and field) only appear when the “Profile” member page is made available. You’ll need to make sure the “Profile card” is enabled, and then adjusting accordingly
