Finding a returns or repair option that ties in with the original sales order

Wha I’m trying to do
My site sells handmade bags for DJ booth and equipment and we get very little returns but we do on occasion have bags that need to come back for repair as we don’t have many of these I find it difficult to keep on top of these and there doesn’t see to be as standard tie in like there is with shopify I specifically need to tie repairs and returns in with the original sale order I live wix and really don’t want to go anywhere else
What I’ve tried so far
I’ve searched for a standard integrated option within wix itself but I can’t see anything and I’ve also searched for add ins but can’t find anything that ties in with the sales section itself

Anybody know of a solution or workaround I also can’t find a purchase order optionwhich again comes as standard either other providers.
