Custom product catalog with add-ons and “request a quote” flow

Hi everyone, I’d like to know
if it can be implemented using built-in tools (Wix Stores, Forms, Velo, etc.).

Business logic:

  • My website will have a product catalog, but all products are custom-made and produced only after approval, not sold online directly.

  • There should be no online payment at checkout.

Required flow:

  1. A user browses a catalog and selects a main product.

  2. On the product page, the user can choose additional optional items (add-ons) to complete the main product.

  3. After selecting the main product + add-ons, the user clicks “Request a quote” (not “Buy now”).

  4. The request is sent with:

    • Selected main product

    • Selected add-ons

    • Customer contact details

  5. The price is calculated manually after submission, and payment happens later, outside the website.

Example:

  • Main product: Bus Shelter

  • Optional add-ons: benches, trash bins, ashtrays, bike parking, solar panel

Questions:

  • Can this logic be implemented natively in Wix?

  • Is it possible to use a product catalog without checkout and payment?

  • Can add-ons be selected on a product page and passed into a quote request form?

  • Would this require Velo (custom code), or is it achievable with standard Wix tools?
