Question:
Where does WIX report online programme sales?
It’s really annoying that it pulls free calendar bookings through as an Order into the sales report, but not online programmes, which is the bulk of revenue?
After hours of pain I finally realised that you need to go to Reports and Review Transactions Report (not sales) and you will see “challenges” which is online programmes. (No idea why it’s called challenges? But that’s in the URL)
At the end of the day we need to be able to sell Online Programmes in the Wix store with the same level (or better) of CX and CrM for the programme integrated to the sale transaction (automatically joining group)
