Wix help centre told me that the responsive website feature is not available and as I showed in the attached picture, so I need to fix this issue!

Your questions (or comment) is not a Corvid (code) related so you may not find any answers in this forum community. There is a design technique that is used when designing Wix websites (that many Wix Experts / Partners use).
BECAUSE Wix is not ‘responsive’ (yet), you have to build inside the grid lines in the editor.

Again, just remember that Wix is not responsive so when the screen size gets smaller than the grid line area in the columns … the content will eventually be cut off (just like in the screenshot that you provided).
