Is it only me or does anyone facing the same issue as if we make our website smaller than 320 pixels its completely broken.

I made a website its good on all breakpoints but when i test it on chrome and switch it to responsive after 320 pixels the website is no longer following the mobile breakpoint its completely broken. How can i solve this issue?.
