I basically want to create a multi-state form to create different measurement forms for different garments such as shirt, dress, trousers etc and just trying to ensure I can make it work at this point before going in depth designing different vectors etc. So I’m using the data collections to create the custom forms to retrieve the customers’ measurements but I want the shirt vector, shirt button & green shape to work as a whole button so when clicked it’s able to input into the collection fields so that I know in the backend that they want a shirt.

I’m not sure if this is doable so asking here to see if anyone has any solutions, either coding or not?
