My website isn’t loading on mobile, I want to roll back now from Beta as my businesses loose money as a result of this malfunction.
I don’t understand why it takes time to roll my website back. if you can’t roll back immediately I would like to know why and ETA. please let me know where else I should update with this info. I updated support yesterday and I am frustrated roll back can’t be done in a few minutes.

I checked the site and it doesn’t seem to have a connection to Wix Code.
Actually, the site loads fine, but all of your elements are hidden on Mobile View:
To Fix that…
Go to Editor → Top Bar → Mobile
On the left panel, click on
‘Hidden elements’, then choose whichever element you want to show (using the eye icon).

Eliran, the reason all objects are hidden on mobile is because once i add hover box it is loading really really slow
Ok… so seems like the issue is there because of hover box…
I hate to throw you back and forth with that, but in this forum you won’t find the best help with Hover Box.
You need to contact Wix Support for that… I have no idea how a hover box should work on mobile.
Please contact support, and explain them the issue, they know better than anyone here about Hover Box.
After you do, if you’re still convinced it is related to Wix Code, I’ll call you tomorrow

I will much appriciate a call from you. BTW, I am now creating a new website which is not part of the Beta and Hover there works as expected. I think it is a good enough isolation…
