So my site domain is www.aumotorfairing.com and it is a premium site.
first of all, i built the site with WIX, later i found out that the mobile version of the website is extremely slow, to a point that the site it is inoperative on a mobile phone, it not only has a very slow load time, its response time, even after everything has been loaded, is as well ridiculously slow (20 seconds delay). In addition to these, the store Item Page can not be loaded whatsoever either on desktop/laptop or mobile, the page will just be a blank page. When this happens, if you click go back, the rest of the site will turn into blank pages too! Even when sometimes it is loaded, the item shown will be a completely different item.
After spending hundreds, almost thousands, of dollars building the site, it turns out to be a absolute nightmare. The issues are very major for both mobile and desktop. Can you please solve all these issues? After paying for a premium plan, I am very disappointed and this does not match with what you have showed and promised to your customers.
