Sales and Tax Reports for Individual States

I am currently only collecting sales tax in the state of New Jersey, USA. When I am filing for sales and use tax it is very difficult for me to separate the sales made both online and via POS/Cash transactions in New Jersey.
I have also noticed when I make a sales or tax report it is only making it using the invoices for online transactions.
There should be some way like a filter so that if I select a specific state it will only show me all sales for that state.
Also, when creating a sales report, it should show the amount after all fees have been taken out minus the sales tax as well as with tax as it will make it easier to fill out the ST-50 form. This will honestly save me so much time and headache and should be a priority to be honest.
