Question:
I charge two taxes for my state, sales and excise tax. When I run an analytics report for the tax Wix lumps these totals together so I am unable to break them apart. I’m looking for a way to separate the two taxes. Does anyone have a workaround?
I’m trying to easily calculate the amount of sales and excise tax owed. We do invoices and online sales. When a person purchases from our site the totals are broke down in the cart but when I run the analytics they are lumped together. All items in the cart are charged sales tax but only some items are charged excise tax.
I have tried for months to get any help from Wix support only to say that it’s not an option at this time but if enough clients ask for it then they would consider adding that feature. Which seems like it should already be a feature.
I am looking for solutions to get this resolved any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
