Hi,
I have various lightboxes that contain embedded html code (widget) but they are not working effectively on a mobile. Sometimes it won’t scroll and other times it will just jump back to the top of the page and it doesn’t make for a very good user experience.
The site is live and a lightbox will load on this page www.akolyte.pro/book-a-session
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

What embedded html code are you trying to use in your website?
If is not from Wix and it is from a third party provider, then I suggest you are better suited going back through their own support and asking them how to implement it into Wix as Wix will not provide support for third party code that it has not had the chance to fully test and make sure that if fully works on their own servers etc.
The third party that you obtained the html code should be able to tell you how to implement it into Wix itself and not just provide you with a segment of code and expect you to do it all for yourself.
Also, note that there are two ways to add html code into your website.
Through an html iframe on your page.

Through a custom tool in Tracking and Analytics.

Finally, note that Wix use html differently on desktop as to on mobile/tablet devices, so your third party provider might come back to you saying something along the lines that on the mobile version the html code is wrapped up differently and hence does not work, or you have to adjust your code to suit.
