Section spacing

I have a section that is split into two columns, both with content in them of text containers. Everything within the section is set to fixed and the section itself is set to fixed height, but there’s still some expansion of the sections that’s moving stuff around. Is there a setting that I’ve missed? Everything I can see is set to Fixed or Fixed Height.

It looks like the text might be set to a scaling size which makes it look smaller compared to the images that might not be shrinking as much.

I’d suggest check the docking of the elements and the margins as well since the elements might be docked to different areas; I’d also suggest looking into stacking and using the responsive checker.
