Sending emails using wixCRM

Hey there!
I just created a huge system for a client and now they need notifications to their users when they change status on certain elements like order status and so on.

Why can’t we use the wixCRM methods to send email to site members and not only the currently logged user. Now the client has to use sendGrid to do this and that makes it a bad experience because they want to use triggered email templates for the whole system.

Not sure the scope of your project … but does this Triggered email to contact method work for you in this case?

Hey there!
No all triggered email functions seem to only work with the currently logged in user and not to any contactid in the system.
