Set contact form destination email using code

Hi there,

I’m trying to create a contact form for a school website where users can select a member of staff to contact from a dropdown list. I would then need the destination email to change based on which option the user selects from the dropdown list. Is it possible to set the destination email of a contact form using code?

I’m aware of more complicated code such as this: https://www.wix.com/velo/forum/coding-with-velo/contact-form-multiple-addresses, but I can’t wrap my head around that code and its requirements.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the coding aspect is too hard for you, you can use automation tools like zapier/integromat to run the scenario as per your need. You only need to push your form details through webhook to these systems via wix automations.

Once you get the details there, you can then create multiple paths as per your need.
