Hello everyone! I am at my wit’s end trying to figure this out and would greatly appreciate any help. I am building a website for a Homeowners Association and the client would like a contact form that allows the website visitor to choose the department that the form email goes to. For example, before filling out the contact form they can choose “Send To: Board of Directors, Road Maintenance Committee, or Architectural Committee”. I have tried Automations, but the action that is titled “Send Email” is for the confirmation email that the website visitor receives and NOT the email that the website admins receive. Does anyone know how to do achieve this with Wix? Or perhaps there’s a third party app that will do this? I also tried creating a new form and editing the actions but it won’t allow an “Else” action.
I am using the Wix website editor with the Light plan. Thank you!!
