I have used the show and hide functions within the code on my Wix site and it all works for me on my computer in preview mode. However, when I use the feedback link or others check it out on their computer, it does not work. When the buttons are clicked nothing is revealed on the page. Why is it working for me and not on the actual site?

If the information to be revealed on the page is in a database collection, you need to sync the sandboxed database with the live database:

To sync a sandbox collection with a Live collection, select a collection from the site structure panel, and the sync button (from the image I posted before) will be displayed on the screen.
If you continue to have problems, please post the URL of your site. Only authorized Wix personnel can get access to your site in the editor.
