The site name (not the meta title) appears as our URL (thebrandbrew.ca) instead of the brand name (The Brand Brew) in Google SERP. See the attached image for a comparison. The structured data is correct .
I have been speaking to SEO experts in a separate forum; one mentioned it might be that Google is pulling meta name from from our FB page; see below: code:
<meta name=“fb_admins_meta_tag” content=thebrandbrew.ca">
My question is twofold: Has anyone experienced this issue, and what was the fix?
And if you agree that the site name might be pulled from the FB metadata, how do I correct this in the code?
