Sitemap and errors in google console

Hello I’m having trouble with erros in google console :slight_smile: I have errors on Google Console and I’m having trouble understanding how to fix them. Specifically, the homepage is not indexed because there is an unrecognized videobox that is not on the reading page (how to put it on Wix on the reading page). Thank you for your help. Here are the errors. The site has been online for 6 months now.

If you haven’t had a chance to check them, we have a full set of articles which cover some of the common Google Search Console Errors, what they mean and how to resolve them.

Also worth noting that your site is on Google - you can see that by searching site:``https://www.anonymagence.com/.

The messages in Search Console just mean Google found your pages but hasn’t indexed all of them yet. Things like “crawled, not indexed” or “duplicate page” aren’t errors — they’re just Google saying, “I’ve seen this page but I’m still deciding if it should appear in search.”

Just adding to what Noah shared since I can see the homepage is indexed as are some others pages as well.

thank you. my problem is the videobox on the home. how can I indicate it as as reading page (google console is indicating this problem) thanks

If the video is just being used as a background video (for design or visual effect), which I can see is the case for your home page, you don’t need to do anything about that specific Google Console warning.

Google only looks for playable, content-based videos to index (like ones meant to appear in search results). Background videos aren’t meant to be indexed, so it’s normal for Search Console to flag them as “unrecognized” - it won’t affect your site’s ranking or indexing.

You can safely ignore that part :slight_smile:
