I would like to use a speech to text with an onClick action using the native smartphone function.
Do you think it s possible?
If you can find a third party app that will do it for you or html code that will do it for you then yes.

i ve seen that site but unfortunately it deals with text to speech.
I m looking for a script for a speech to text

As you are wanting to do speech to text, then I am guessing that will probably have to be a third party option.
For starters you could use Google but it will be a cost. https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text/
You could use their Rest API and JSON to connect it to Wix through Wix Fetch
