Convert Text to Speech

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me how can convert any text into speech? This is a text we want to convert into speech only user clicks on speak button.

And what if we want to speak only selected words when the user clicks on speak button?

Can we achieve this by using Google Cloud Text to Speech API or do we have any inbuilt NPM packages?
