Stretching elements on wix studio

I stretch a strip but on large screens the strip does not go from side to side. Can anyone help? Thanks!

It’s unclear whether Wix Studio has a “strip” element, but to make an element full width, follow these steps: :raised_hands:

  1. Select the element in the editor.
  2. Look at the inspector on the right-hand side of the editor.
  3. Locate the “Size” section, typically near the top.
  4. Switch to the detailed settings mode by toggling the button near the “Size” section.
  5. Once in detailed settings, find the W (width) value.
  6. Click the unit (e.g. px) next to the width and change it to vw.
  7. Set the width to 100vw to make the element span the full width of the viewport.

This should allow you to create a full-width element in Wix Studio. :wink:

I would also check that “max width” is not toggled. In the layers panel, click the section you’re having the issue with. On the right side inspector panel, look for a toggle option labeled max width and disable it.

Thanks for the tips
I followed the steps to set the width to 100vw and also ensured ‘max width’ is toggled off. That solved the issue for me, and now the strip stretches perfectly across the screen on large displays.
