stripe payment failure

if user based in one country and running a business in other country( the business is unregistered).
He tried changing country on wix and integrating stripe, but he is not able to accept payments, how to achieve this, please suggest some solution, it would be helpful.

Same Currency? Checked the Stripe Panel? The account approved? Will the transaction amount too small?

The currency is same USD.
I’ve checked my stripe panel, account is approved.
Yes, the transaction was small
Maybe $1’
It was a test payment.

What do you mean by " He tried changing country on wix"? How is Stripe integrated?
