Managing subscriptions can be a hassle if you don’t have plugin attached with your online store. Their are many subscription softwares like Chargebee, Zuora, SubscriptionFlow having builtin connectors to manage subscriptions.

Wix has an app called Pricing Plans which will allow you to sell subscriptions. I suggest that you contact Wix Support if you have any further questions about it.
