Just recently, I have a client on Wix Studio who reported having customers unable to add subscriptions to their cart via mobile.
I know that Wix Studio doesn’t allow adding subscriptions when there are other products in a cart, but these customers have a completely empty cart to begin with.
At first I wasn’t able to add a subscription to my cart via mobile, but then it started working again, and now it’s not anymore.
We set this up directly with Wix Stores, and have no custom code for this feature.

The customers should be able to add a subscription to their cart via mobile. My client performs well on Instagram and TikTok, so a lot of these clients are visiting her site via mobile.
I’ve already tried to republish it, to check that our inventory for these subscriptions is still full, I’ve clicked on her link through her instagram bio, etc.
I’ve also tried to go directly to the product page and add it to the cart from there with no luck.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Or has somehow fixed this?
