Sync option is missing in my dataset, sandbox and live collection option is also missing. Can someone please help me with this?

Do you have a screenshot of the problem ? Sounds strange!
Did you published after creating your new collection?

Yes, Please check the screen shot. The sync option along with (sandbox/live) are missing.

You should perhaps tag —> Yisrael. He surely will be able to help you with this issue.
